Upgraded the building’s access control system by installing new cabling, integrating door strikes, and configuring software to support additional doors. We discreetly ran wiring through finished walls for a clean finish. The project also included strategic security camera placement and replacing the outdated camera server to enhance video quality and system performance.

Completed the wiring and setup of a Loxone home automation system, integrating lighting, climate, security, and multimedia into one seamless platform. International Residence Hall Projects

Led the design and implementation of complete IT infrastructure for new IRH facilities. We coordinated with ISPs like Spectrum to integrate internet services, designed wireless networks, installed security cameras and door access systems, and managed all low voltage cabling and equipment setup. We also integrated custom door access software and provided end-user training, with ongoing IT support to ensure long-term performance and reliability.

IRH – Wisconsin Dells, WI

Transformed the network infrastructure within a 7-building complex, with a focal point in the main IT room. Upgraded individual IT closets by transitioning from copper to fiber to enhance data transfer capabilities. Consolidated three small IT racks into a single 42U rack located in the main server room. Elevated surveillance capabilities by implementing higher-quality cameras and introducing dual-server redundancy. Enhanced WiFi coverage and installed fire alarm strobes in resident rooms across four buildings.
